How do I order?

Complete the Order form with your specific details, someone will call you to confirm details or you will be sent an invoice or a quote to process your payment. Once your order is confirmed and the quote is approved, and payment is confirmed we will begin your project. If a mock-up is required for your project. Usually, you will receive a mock-up within 24-48 hours after we have received your payment.
(holidays and weekends excluded) Please note* If your order is needed for a specific date in your hands please submit that at the time of ordering. 

Proofs

Please be aware that the color in proofs may look a little lighter or darker, depending on the device screen you choose to view your product. We do not go to print until it is approved by you.
The customer is responsible for any typos, or other content errors that need to be corrected before we go to print. It is the responsibility of the customer if the product is printed with errors.

Turnaround Times

While we do have general turnaround times for select products an estimated turnaround can be more accurate when your proof is approved, and we are ready to go to print.  Select items can be submitted for rush orders at an additional fee. Not all items can be rushed, it would depend on the processes needed to complete your specific job. It also depends on how much work is ahead of your order in our order queue. 

Can I pick up my order?
All orders are delivered or shipped directly to a physical address no P.O. Boxes.

We have two ways of getting your product to you. We have local delivery and we also ship. If we ship you will receive a tracking number for your order. If we are delivering locally you will be notified prior to your delivery.
No one is permitted on the premises of our factory.

Do you offer Graphic Design Services?

Yes, we do. Graphic design services.

Can I get a Sample before going to print?

The short answer is usually no. The reason is our printing is done on a huge press in large quantities. For some items, we may be able to offer a sample at an additional fee. It would depend on the project. Please contact us with your inquiry so we can let you know what product you are interested in as a sample.

How long will it take to print my project?

Once the artwork is approved we can give you the best estimation in production when we go to print.

How do I pay?

A payment link is sent to your email.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. 

Time-sensitive projects
If your project is time-sensitive please be sure to let us know when you need your products in your hand.

Refunds and Credits

Due to the customization of these products, there are no refunds. A credit may be offered depending on the individual circumstances.
